Pre-Implantation Genetic Diagnostic Fee Schedule (Effective March 2008)

When considering treatment for the purposes of Pre-implantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD), it is not possible for us to identify the exact costs until we know which disease is being diagnosed.

Therefore, the following fees are guidelines only until we receive your application and have your chart assessed.

Because this procedure is still considered research, the IVF Canada physician team may agree to waive some of the fees outlined.

However, such consideration will be given on a case-by-case basis only. The fees outlined below are therefore approximate and very likely; your costs will be lower.

At the time of consultation with our physician, we will be in a better position to more clearly identify the fees that will apply.

Fertility Drugs The cost of fertility drugs is dependent on the protocol prescribed by the physician for you personally. These costs can range anywhere from $1,000 to $4,000.
